Refunds, Return Policy
Our products are perishable and fragile. Please consider carefully when completing order.
- Any request for return and/or refund is subjected to the following reasons:
- You receive breakage item upon arrival.
- You receive the wrong item in your package.
- The quantity delivered is not correct.
- Return request item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it.
- Notify us the return request via email or WhatsApp (during business hour) within 24 hours upon arrival of the items.
- Our Support Team will investigate and update your request status in 2 working days via registered email.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement of the product subject to stock availability. If the item out of stock, we will refund you by your original method of payment.
- Please allow for 7-14 working days for us to process the request for a refund for any approved and successful returned items.
- All refunds will be credited to the account by buyer’s original method of payment.
Notes of Returns & Refunds
- Any opened or consumed products are considered sold and strictly not eligible for return and/or refund.
- Returns and refunds does not apply to self-pick up orders as you are advised to inspect the goods before leaving the premises.
- If your return is valid, our Support Team will get in touch and arrange for one time free first pick-up.
- If you missed the pickup, we will request you to return the item to Nomi Tomo Sake House Sdn Bhd office at 2.035, 129 Offices, Block J, Jaya One, Jalan Universiti, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia..
- Please note that the item may be affected by heat and sunlight exposure, thus we advise that the customer exercise caution during packaging and delivery when returning back to our facilities. As per such, you will be solely responsible for the conditions and safety of the item during transit to our facilities. Any damages that had happened throughout the course of transit, you will bear the complete costs of the items.
- Nomi Tomo Sake House Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse to offer a replacement or a refund, due to unreasonable grounds provided by the customer.
