Delivery Information

You must be 21 years of age and a non-Muslim to purchase alcoholic beverages from this site and to receive the delivery package. We reserve the right to request a valid photo ID for verification.


Standard Delivery

Subject to receipt of payment, all orders will be processed and delivered to your doorstep within 1-3 working days from Monday to Saturday, 11am – 6pm


Delivery Area

  • This service is only available for Klang Valley.
  • Delivery outside Klang Valley within West Malaysia is currently not available and we are working on it.
  • We do not deliver to East Malaysia and others countries at the moment.
  • Self-pick up is available at below address:
    1. Our Office at 2.035, 129 Offices, Block J, Jaya One, Jalan Universiti, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. (Monday-Friday, 2pm-4.30pm, except Public Holidays)
    If you choose self-pick up, our Support Team will inform you via call or WhatsApp within 1-2 working days that your items are ready for pick up at the above address.

Delivery Fee

  • Free delivery for per order above RM600 within Klang Valley.
  • RM20 flat rate per order will be charge for any order below RM600

Delivery Status

  • Delivery service provide by our in-house logistic team.
  • Our Support Team will provide order status via phone call, WhatsApp, or email.
  • If you have not received your order within the promised time frame, please contact our Support Team.
  • If you or no one is available to receive the order when delivery arrive, we will be in touch to reschedule the delivery. Additional delivery charges maybe incurred.

Notes of Delivery

  • Nomi Tomo Sake House Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any delays in its delivery service caused by reasons beyond its control such as bad weather, floods or festive seasons. Our Support Team will strive to communicate promptly to all affected customers.
  • You are advised to check the order before leaving the premises when proceed with Self pick up option or upon delivery. We have procedures in place to ensure that every item shows up when and where you want it, but if find any product or packing error, do not accept the delivery. You must call to inform us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement upon verifying your claims.
  • If Nomi Tomo Sake House Sdn Bhd notice any product or packing error have been delivered, we will request a return of the product/s from the customer.
  • Nomi Tomo Sake House Sdn Bhd is held responsible for the cost of returning the items back to our facilities if the mistake was done by Nomi Tomo Sake House Sdn Bhd.
  • Please note that unsealed products are considered sold and are not eligible for return and/or refund.
  • If the customer willing to accept the product/s, Nomi Tomo Sake House Sdn Bhd will more than happy to reissue a new invoice to the customer.
  • Nomi Tomo Sake House Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
