- If you have not received your order within the promised time frame, please contact our Support Team.
- If you or no one is available to receive the order when delivery arrive, we will be in touch to reschedule the delivery. Additional delivery charges maybe incurred.
Notes of Delivery
- Nomi Tomo Sake House Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any delays in its delivery service caused by reasons beyond its control such as bad weather, floods or festive seasons. Our Support Team will strive to communicate promptly to all affected customers.
- You are advised to check the order before leaving the premises when proceed with Self pick up option or upon delivery. We have procedures in place to ensure that every item shows up when and where you want it, but if find any product or packing error, do not accept the delivery. You must call to inform us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement upon verifying your claims.
- If Nomi Tomo Sake House Sdn Bhd notice any product or packing error have been delivered, we will request a return of the product/s from the customer.
- Nomi Tomo Sake House Sdn Bhd is held responsible for the cost of returning the items back to our facilities if the mistake was done by Nomi Tomo Sake House Sdn Bhd.
- Please note that unsealed products are considered sold and are not eligible for return and/or refund.
- If the customer willing to accept the product/s, Nomi Tomo Sake House Sdn Bhd will more than happy to reissue a new invoice to the customer.
- Nomi Tomo Sake House Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
