SEIKYO MABOROSHI JUNMAI GINJO-1800ML

This Junmaishu is made with lots of care. Using the special method of kome kouji making, it pays close attention in combining both taste and flavor. The brewer uses Hattan Nishiki rice. It is light and fresh during the first stage, and gradually becomes stronger and slightly vigorious in the middle. The tail doesn't linger for a long time. A very tasty sake which is easily likeable.
